I am dependent on Excedrin to make it through life. I know I really should work on the lifestyle choices that would prevent some migraines in the first place, but… Take it at the first suspicion you will get a migraine, and if you get them, you’ll know the signs. Don’t wait. If you do, the nausea and other migraine symptoms will start in and anything you do take will be less effective.
This stuff is strong. Most of the time, if I take Excedrin early enough, it prevents a headache entirely, or at least mitigates it enough that I can function through a workday. It also makes me feel just a touch numb or buffered from the outside world, but a small price to pay, really.
