My wife has been a big believer in Arnica gel for years. She first encountered it when we lived in Europe in the 80′s. I scoffed when she said it would prevent bruising and swelling from sprains. Now I’ve tried it and it seems to really work.

Arnica Gel is a wonderful, natural, healer for bruises and muscle strain. It makes the discoloration disappear quickly while healing the soreness of the impact. I keep a tube in each bathroom and use as soon as I bang myself on anything.

Worked great for bruises. I fell while playing tennis and hit my elbow and knee pretty hard, then applied the gel as soon as I got home and never had any bruising. However, it didn’t seem to give me any pain relief for my sore muscles.

Service was great though. Got my order promtly.
