We have the same problem! When you find your solution, I’d like to know also because my life sucks…

i bet you, if you did go to the eye doctor, they know exactly what’s wrong. more than likely, it is your eyes, despite you thinking you have really awesome vision. there’s probably something going on that you don’t realize.

Following up on what Plasma said, I am a caffeine addict. I probably drink way too much soda and I know I don’t eat properly. As strange as it sounds, though, I find it sometimes helps alleviate sinus pressure.

Make sure you drink lots of water, snack regularly to keep your blood sugar stable, get a good nights sleep and a short walk or some other low level excercise might help when you have a headache.

I used to get really bad migraines when I was younger, they turned out to be hereditary. Thanks dad..

It isn’t as bad anymore though but some things I find help. Take a cold shower, pop your pills of choice, then find something to do OUTSIDE your ordinary schedule. Might need to get away from the computer for a little bit 8)
ps the bow is pretty :)

If your level of caffiene varies you will get horrible headaches about 24 to 36 hrs after a recent reduction in intake. Cut out caffiene from all sources: coffee, tea, soda, etc for a week and see if your headaches go away.

You may initially get a horrible headache from the withdrawal (about 36 hours after stopping caffeine), but that will pass. And you may feel lethargic for 5 days or so, but that will pass too as your body and brain return to a normal non-caffeine condition.

I worked overnight in a lobby(Im a doorman) and the smell of peppermint gave me a headache. Not sure if it was the smell or the fact that I couldnt figure out where the @#$!% smell was coming from… yea

True. I have a few hats that give me headaches… They’re non-adjustable and a bit tight.

lindorchocolate July 6, 2009 at 9:45 am

actually that’s not a bad idea. whenever I wear headbands after I haven’t worn them for a while, I always get headaches.

ilyLMH July 9, 2009 at 9:43 pm

a) You’ve got a super nice view out over that valley.
b) Headaches. You should try accupuncture. Honestly, it helps out so many things, including headaches. Try it!

kimmmmm04 July 14, 2009 at 11:22 am

try drinking water. even though you might not feel thirsty, you could be dehydrated. anyways, hope you get better soon!

midnightjune July 16, 2009 at 4:10 pm

That sucks. There could be a lot of causes: bad eye sight, too much caffeine, too much advil, irregular sleeping patterns (stay up all night, sleep all day, then the next day do the reverse), food not often enough, food allergies, eye strain (from the PC, reading), stress, iron deficiency, something else.
Good luck… hope they go away soon.
